All returns must be agreed in advance with the seller. Complaints must be made within 7 days of collecting or receiving the product. Please always verify your order carefully and measure the fabrics before washing them. Complaints regarding the visible defects of the fabrics, is 7 days (dirt, misprint, errors in the amount etc.)
Of the latent defects (defects that occur during the use, for example,breaking of a part etc.) we answer according to the Finnish law. Please note that your computer screen might distort the actual colours of the fabrics!
The flawless fabrics, ribbons and custom made products that are cut according to of the customer’s order, do not have the exchange and return policy. If you have questions about the colours or the materials, please contact us before making an order. The widths of the fabrics may vary 1-8% of the indicated amount.
Please follow the washing instructions that come with the package. We recommend that you prewash all the fabrics and ribbings before sewing. In the first wash, the dark colours should be washed separately and if possible, using a colour collector. We do not take the responsibility for the damages that are caused by improper care and/or washing.
All Designed by royal-tuote collection’s fabrics are prewashed to minimize the shrinkage of a finished product.
The colour suggestions in the product images are our opinions of which products match well together, however, we do not give return policy for those products, if you find said products incompatible.

The discount/offer products do not have an exchange and return policy unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Returning a defective product
The damaged product will primarily be repaired or if it’s not an option, it will be is changed to another new product. Complaints about damaged products can be made directly to the manufacturer, we will be happy to help and advise on this.
Returning/replacing to another product.
If you wish to replace a flawless product, please contact us according to delivery terms and conditions. The product you wish to return, must be in good sales condition, it can’t be washed or used and the original sales package must be returned. Returns according to terms and conditions, is free of charge for the customer. If you want a new product in place of the old one, the delivery costs are determined by the delivery price list.
Items that are damaged during the shipment.
Unofortunately the post can’t always deliver the packages intact despite of thorough packing. This is why it’s recommended to check your package right away when you pick it up. If the package is damaged in the postal delivery, make a damage report to your post office IMMEDIATELY. Please contact also the seller.
